Performance Optimized

Each Performance Optimized enclosure is designed around one driver family, with net volume, port tuning and mounting depth solved from that maker's published Thiele-Small parameters. It suits the buyer who already owns the driver and wants the box that driver was modelled in.

Panels are CNC cut in Tullahoma, Tennessee from 3/4" Langboard Elite MDF with V-groove and dado joinery, doubled to 1.5" at the front baffle so the outer layer carries a flush recess and the driver mounts to the inner one. Bracing is specified per body: a perimeter cross-brace on the sealed cabinets, a windowed brace between the cutout and the port terminus, or two windowed C braces at the third points seated on the port panel. The terminal cup is a side-mounted Proline X ABS and carbon-fiber composite, pre-wired in 12-gauge OFC and placed opposite the port on ported bodies. Warranty is one year limited on the enclosure.

Damping is matched to the alignment: sealed chambers ship with polyfill pre-installed, while ported chambers ship dry, because polyfill detunes a ported enclosure. The line runs 350 live models from 8" to 18", 169 sealed and 181 ported, in wedge, down-fire and standard bodies.
